Senet, a leader in the rapidly emerging Internet of Things (IoT) / Machine-to-Machine (M2M) market continues to develop the Senet executive management team with the addition of Dave Kjendal as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Engineering.

Senet, a leader in the rapidly emerging Internet of Things (IoT) / Machine-to-Machine (M2M) market, continues to develop the Senet executive management team with the addition of Dave Kjendal as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Engineering.

Kjendal is a senior executive with over 18 years experience in high-tech innovation and complex product development. He has held management leadership positions with increasing responsibility as Engineering Architect at Enterasys Network, and as Vice President, Engineering and Senior Vice President/General Manager at Siemens Enterprise Communications.

Most recently Kjendal was SVP, Engineering with Extreme Networks where he led a team of 450 engineers responsible for R&D of all products. He developed and implemented integration plans and programs to align two large legacy development and test organizations. Kjendal refocused R&D teams on new initiatives and collaborated with corporate executive staff to define the overall corporate vision and go-to-market strategy.

Kjendal earned his undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of New Hampshire and graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Alabama.
